The Orphan’s Hands knows the pain of losing a young life due to the lack of a bed.
Vatra Village will offer hope for up to ninety young lives who stand at the threshold of being lost to the curse of human trafficking. Six homes arranged around a village green were originally built eight years ago and were never finished. We have been given an amazing opportunity to acquire these homes and save a generation of kids. By providing a bed, Hope, education and the Gospel, the orphan will be transformed into a missionary!
This unique opportunity to change so many lives challenges all of us to believe for those who have no faith, to give for those who have no means and to see possibility for those who sit in the darkness of despair.
Vatra Village will be more than just a safe haven for young lives for years to come. We see it as a base of operation into other parts of Eastern Europe. Sadly, the need that is so desperate in Moldova is all too common in neighboring countries like Ukraine, Albania, Bulgaria, Romania and many more. It will take 120 people giving $1 day to support one home at Vatra Village. Imagine, for less than the price of a can of Coke, you could save a girl or boy from the human trafficker and give them instead the opportunity to serve the Lord Jesus!
